Executive Advisor
Dale Boniface
Dale is recognized in Canada for his expertise in concluding multi-million dollar corporate partnership/strategic alliances and transformational leadership gifts. He began his career with Xerox Canada as a Senior Sales Representative and National Account Manager. He followed this with the role of Director, Corporate Sponsorships for Canada’s 1986 World Exposition in Vancouver, during which time he was an integral member of a team that successfully planned and implemented a worldwide corporate marketing and sponsorship program, raising in excess of $178 million. As Coca-Cola’s General Manager for the 1988 Calgary Winter Olympics, Dale managed all aspects of Coca-Cola’s Olympic involvement in Canada.
Since founding Spectrum Marketing in 1988, followed by its sister company Give Canada, Dale has raised in excess of $700-million in new, non-traditional revenue for his clients. For the not-for-profit sector, Dale’s forte lies in the development of transformational leadership/legacy gifts from high net worth individual and family donors. Dale’s history of success also encompasses the development of long term, multi-million dollar strategic corporate business partnerships, raising over $700 million in new revenue for his public sector clients, including 60 naming or sub/naming agreements, and completed 150+ major strategic corporate sponsorship agreements.
Dale uses his expertise in leadership gift generation as a volunteer, supporting Cystic Fibrosis Canada and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation both at the local and national level. He has served as board member of the BC Children’s Hospital Foundation for 5 years and is also a board member of the Vancouver Police Foundation. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Victoria.

Dawn Phillips
Dawn Phillips is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in project coordination, management, and administrative leadership. Known for her strong communication skills, organizational expertise, and attention to detail, she has consistently delivered results across sectors such as defense, nonprofit, and sports management.
Her career includes streamlining operations, managing executive workflows, and enhancing brand presence on a global stage. Dawn’s ability to secure funding, coordinate high-profile events, and produce impactful documentation has been a hallmark of her success. A fast learner and strategic thinker, she is passionate about creating organized, efficient, and impactful workflows.
A graduate of Carleton University with a degree in Geography specializing in Geographic Information Systems, Dawn combines technical skills with a passion for organization and leadership, ensuring she delivers high-quality outcomes in every role.
Having lived in Italy, Israel, Kenya, and Vancouver, Dawn brings a global perspective to her work. She has called Ottawa home for the past 35 years and is the proud mother of two adult children.

Haider Ali
Haider has worked with and led advancement teams at distinguished higher education institutions for more than 20 years, specializing in performance management, strategic planning, and team culture development.
From advancement operations to strategic partnerships, Haider is a people-first leader, fueled by a passion for building motivated, high-performance teams. Those interests have taken him from non-profits to startups, from small shops to large institutions, and everything in between.
Starting his career at his alma mater, McGill University, Haider was part of the historic $750M History in the Making Campaign, during which he was also named as the youngest Advancement BI Director among U15 institutions in Canada.
After completing his MBA at the John Molson School of Business, Haider worked in the private sector helping scale an ed-tech startup from 15 to over 450 institutional clients, as well as leading the strategic practice at a global digital consultancy. Over this period, he has worked with clients from healthcare to consumer-goods verticals, including Boehringer Ingelheim, CBS Interactive, Coca-Cola and Govt. of Canada.
Haider is the Principal and Co-Founder of Resonate Group - focusing on building excellence in Advancement Operations, working with organizations of all sizes in building high-performance teams. After growing up in Karachi, Pakistan, Haider has called Canada home since 2004, currently living in Gatineau, QC with his wife and two daughters.

Ted has successfully brokered more than $200Million in business partnerships across North America, Europe and Asia with organizations including RBC Royal Bank, the Ottawa Senators Hockey Club, Health Canada, the Inter-American Development Bank, the NFL, Mizuno, the PGA Tour, Growcer, Fanvision, the University of Ottawa, the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO), the Council of the Great Lakes Region, Natural Resources Canada, IBM, Citibank and UPS.
Ted’s professional passion is engineering successful partnership and helping companies attain transformational growth. He is known for his extensive network of trusted relationships in Ottawa, across Canada and around the world and serves as a brand ambassador for private clubs, unique travel experiences and luxury brands. His current client list includes leading companies in the water, energy, food security, real estate and cyber security sectors
He has lectured at both the University of Ottawa and Algonquin College and has been a guest speaker at numerous conferences. As a volunteer, he has served as a Board Member at the Dave Smith Youth Treatment Centre, the Canadian Club of Ottawa, the University of Ottawa’s Campaign Cabinet and many major fundraising events.
A proud graduate of the University of Ottawa, Ted is bilingual (French and English) with conversational German and Spanish. He lives in Ottawa and has 3 adult children.

Rob McCulloch
Rob is a 30+ year not-for-profit executive leader, who brings demonstrated strategic fundraising capability to effectively achieve fundraising and campaign objectives.
He has a proven track record of success at all levels - local, provincial, and national. Rob has led many successful campaigns and fundraising activities and events with recognized institutions and charities such as: University of Ottawa, United Way Centraide Canada, Ottawa Humane Society, Ontario Lung Association, and Canadian AIDS Society to name but a few.
Rob is an experienced strategic thinker and project-manager, who successfully leads and engages his team towards their goals. He is a strong bilingual communicator and writer, who is able to engage both internal and external stakeholders with impact stories, data-driven decision making and compelling content.
Rob has served the board of directors for Humane Canada, the Ottawa Cycling Advisory Committee and Ottawa Synchro, and is currently a member of the Champion’s Council for the Canadian Hospice Palliative Care Association.
Originally from Shawinigan, Quebec and a graduate of Dalhousie University, Rob and his partner of almost 40-years Debbie, have made Ottawa home since 1992, and are proud parents of two adult daughters Sasha and Megan.
